Natural Soaps can be used like conventional Soaps. It is best to start the bath with warm water in order to open the pores of the skin for rapid absorption of the Essential Oils and to finish the bath with cooler water in order to enable the quick closer of the pores for better retention of the Oils in the body.

Since the soles of the Feet have bigger pores and also represent the Reflexology Points to the various Organs of the Body, it is recommended to massage the feet with the Soap for a few minutes to activate all the Organs and relax the Body. Other Reflexology Points are located on the Ears and the palms of the hands and should also be massaged with the Soap.
